Summary

While the main goal at Ridgefield Memorial High School was to upgrade the stage lighting, it quickly became clear that ensuring safe and modern rigging was just as important. We installed a new rigging system using dead-hung techniques, with pipes and support structures carefully chosen for their strength and size. This made the rigging not only safe but also versatile enough to handle diverse stage setups and productions.

Once the rigging was in place, we moved on to installing state-of-the-art stage lighting. The new setup includes a mix of fixed spotlights, PAR lights, and dynamic moving spotlights, creating a vibrant and immersive experience for both performers and audiences. We also designed and integrated new front-of-house lighting, engineered to provide perfect three-point illumination for the stage and orchestra pit, enhancing visibility and overall production quality.

To complete the transformation, we added a new projection screen and an 8.5k lumen laser projector. These additions boosted the school's audiovisual capabilities and perfectly complemented the upgraded lighting and rigging systems, resulting in a top-notch stage experience.
